Majestic M Suites is a culmination of projects to-date by the Majestic Hotels Group, a name synonymous with quality, originality and futures thinking. The design and build of this new hospitality offering draws inspiration from the historical and aesthetic environment of North Adelaide and the surrounding South Australian Tourism regions.

Nestled in picturesque North Adelaide, a few minutes from the spirited heart of Adelaide, M Suites is a six-level building that seamlessly integrates into a heritage conservation zone.

As you arrive at M Suites you are greeted by a sandstone faceted façade and a glorious 8.5m high vertical garden that runs the full length of the building’s frontage. As you enter the reception and lobby areas, you are immersed in a spectacular void lit by stunning interiors, where guests can relax and enjoy the surrounds. As you move through the lobby there are additional seated areas, workspaces and outdoor areas with tiered outdoor gardens bursting with greenery.

Adelaide and the regions of South Australia are referenced throughout, with a curated selection of art and individually designed pieces, with each upper level emulating the beauty and diversity of what the State has to offer. A significant contributor, Toby Muir Wilson, is an Australian timber artist who was commissioned to create several pieces in exotic Australian timbers. Wilson’s photography, sculptured works and beautifully crafted furniture pieces can be seen throughout the property.

The bespoke furniture pieces, including coffee tables wrapped in timber laminate, topped with a mirrored finish and compendiums fixed to beautiful sassafras timber boards invite conversation and add to the warmth and curiosity that unfolds as you walk through the property.

Importantly, several environmental considerations including 300 solar panels on the roof and other solutions, many of which are a first for South Australia, demonstrate the futures thinking embedded into the design and build of M Suites thereby establishing itself as one of the State’s most energy efficient buildings.

Contemporary style accommodation is offered in generous one, two, and three-bedroom suite configurations along with a gym, meeting rooms and a BBQ area featuring an inspiring 4-metre-long blackwood and Huon pine refectory dining table. Further, there is a myriad of indoor and outdoor relaxation spaces and cosy garden nooks. Guests are sure to find a spot to call their own.

All 91 suites offer a balcony or terrace, laundry, a fully equipped kitchen, lounge area, work desk and dining area. Equipped with iPod docking station, complimentary high speed and unlimited Wi-Fi, a kitchen filled with the highest quality appliances and necessities including a washer/dryer, full-sized fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, induction stove top, microwave, coffee machine, crockery and cutlery. Every suite includes a bath and separate shower, with a second bathroom in both the two- and three-bedroom configurations. Secure streaming of your favourite personal subscription services is available to help you feel truly at home. Importantly, there is secure underground parking with direct lift access to every suite.

The suites are generous in size and are available in one, two, three-bedroom and spa configurations depicting majestic views of historic North Adelaide in the foreground or striking vistas of vibrant Adelaide and its surrounds. A selection of suites on the higher floors capture stunning panoramic views towards the city and Adelaide Oval.
